This unique seating arrangement is our fresh interpretation of the conference's spirit, designed to provide an intimate educational experience. Whether you wish to immerse yourself in knowledge or experience the charisma of our speakers up close, these six remaining seats will perfectly meet your needs.

Each floor kneeling seat is located at the front of the conference hall, giving you the choice to sit or kneel, thus offering a unique way to participate. For your comfort, we will provide a special cushion that you may take home after the conference for personal use.

Please be mindful of everyone's boundaries and refrain from touching others or making disruptive noises without explicit permission.

【BDSM蹺蹺板專訪直播：禁羈研討會的前世今生-我們走過的十年】

2014年底，因為台大BDSM社的成立遭到部分輔導委員的阻擋，讓2015年5月底在台大法學院舉辦的「禁羈民主與惡趣技藝：亞太地區第一屆皮繩愉虐情慾與文化國際學術研討會」應運而生，也即時回應了當時社會對禁羈實踐的壓迫事件。

2024年7月，「第一屆亞太禁羈研討會」在由部分舊成員組成的新團隊經過一年多的籌備後，即將在東吳大學社工系的協辦下，以新的面貌延續BDSM的學術耕耘。

究竟10年前發生什麼事，讓學術運動成為一種對BDSM的聲援方式？

10年後的如今，社會氛圍發生怎樣的變化？研討會籌備過程裡，有什麼不變的價值和新生的火花？

《BDSM蹺蹺板》將在X音間專訪「第一屆亞太禁羈研討會」的籌備團隊，並錄製成podcast節目，歡迎聽眾一同上線提問或分享相關經驗，一起回想這十年間，我們在圈裡經歷的風雨和彩虹、艱辛和滋養吧！

【你的總裁不是我的總裁！角色扮演的溝通要領與實境演練】

在討論想實踐的情境腳本時，明明用同一部作品或舉例切入，但我在色戒裡講權力與身份，對方只記得抽皮帶，想被總裁滿滿照顧，對方卻只想到擺高冷……

從無到有的自己生出一套腳本或許很困難，如何從現成的電影、小說中的劇情裡挑一部分，作為彼此的討論起點，並達成共識、滿足彼此？

在這次活動中，我們將從常見腳本（總裁系列、色戒、格雷……）中的元素與結構開始，談談如何辨識對自己重要的燃點，及用這些腳本與潛在對象溝通時，可能有幫助與常踢到鐵板的部分。

最後，我們將設計不同的角色扮演溝通情境，邀請各位分組討論溝通策略後，推派成員與黛拉進行實境演練。讓我們一起透過自編自導自演實現幻想，並成為對方最出色的明星和觀眾吧！

+ Finn Cheng

一位在開放式社群中載浮載沉的小蝦米，曾於2020年擔任波栗台灣年會的志工並分享開放式關係網路輿論分析報告。從2020年開始，因為開放式伴侶關係而接觸到BDSM社群，並斷斷續續參加過飛客日等活動。

Finn的主要職業與設計思考以及了解使用者需求密切相關，長期思考如何將BDSM與設計思考結合，開發全新又奇特的實踐方式，以滿足各式各樣的心理和生理需求。希望能透過這次的工作坊，帶領參加者深入探索BDSM與禁羈實踐中的需求，並用設計思考的方法激發創新與創意。
